Whilst Xtrutech specialises its service on Coperion W&P, Baker Perkins / APV Baker and OMC extruders operating in the Powder Coatings industry we also provide service support for Theysohn, B&P and Prism machines including screw elements, shafts, barrel sections and liners etc.

Xtrutech have designed a new retrofit clam shell barrel that will replace older worn out barrels with a range of harder wearing premium materials that maximises performance against cost that will give the Food manufacturer improved performance

Xtrutech have their in-house manufacturing facility close to the original Baker Perkins factory in Stoke on Trent, England, giving access to industry trained machine operators, who with state of the art technology and machinery produce extruder spares of the highest quality.
