We supply replacement barrel sections in either nitrided or through hardened tool steels with corrosive or abrasive resistant properties for the plastic's compounding, masterbatch, powder coating and food industries.
In cases of extreme wear, when processing plastics with additives and fillers your Twin Screw Extruder may need barrel liners manufactured from a CPM powder-metallurgy or even HIP'd materials.
