We at Xtrutech understand the urgency with which a breakdown has to be dealt with. Our team of experienced service engineers is ready to help you get your production machine back into operation. No matter what the manufacturer, size, or age of your extruder, we are able to assist in terms of spare part supply and service engineering support.
Xtrutech tries, where possible, to support our customers by holding certain parts in stock. Key items such as shafts, screws and mixing paddles can often be despatched the same day to replace the parts that may have failed. If a part is not in stock, the manufacture of a new component can be “fast tracked” to minimise the downtime.
A key part of our commitment is to find the cause of the breakdown. A repeated breakdown of the same production line causes much bigger problems. By finding what has caused the breakdown, we can provide preventative maintenance to increase the reliability of your extruders.
