Face-Cut Pelletiser

The Xtrutech Face Cut Pelletisers are suitable for production use and can comply with materials that are water soluble, such as food and other consumable products. They feature a tube-based cooling system and the pellets are cut upon entry from the extruder before they have been cooled.

• Hydraulically adjustable cooling tube support and venturi cyclone.

  • Temperature control with digital display meters, with combination temperature thermocouple and pressure transducer.
  • Programmable pressure alarm.
  • All meters provide data logging signals.

Water Bath

The Xtrutech water bath is made out of a stainless steel tank with aluminium frame and comes in a standard length of 1.5m with other lengths available.
