XTS24 Laboratory Twin Screw Extruder

The XTS24 line is part of the XTS range of Twin Screw Extruders, optimised for laboratory and R&D. This extruder is ideal for low scale production and trial formulations. It can be used for applications such as Thermoplastics, Medical Plastics, Biopolymers, Fine Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals.

The barrels come in standard lengths of 24D and in 6D increments up to 54L/D for more complex applications.

- Multipoint Liquid Injection (for viscous and non-viscous fluids) can use various types of pumps peristaltic, gear, piston, syringe, HPLC.

- Vacuum Cabinets/ enclosures to contain Volatile Organic Compounds, toxic dust, and fumes.
- Nitrogen Purge for Feeders.
- Data Capture – (RPM, torque, set points vs actuals, throughput).
